We are all influenced by much news. Too many Netflix movies. Non-stop social media, and the most significant - too much time with ourselves. All are causing us to experience stress.

Cut off everything that is capturing your attention and filling your mind. Especially if it is with less than motivating thoughts.
When you cut negative, you reduce stress. That will leave time for positive thoughts and more fulfilling experiences.
In crazy times, being your own biggest influencer is a powerful stress-reducing tool.
